What we collect.

Your email, your area (Lyon/30 km or your city), your answer about gender (if you gave one), your referrals (who invited you, who you invited), and the dates of your consents.

Why.

Managing the waitlist, writing to you about the opening, balancing admissions (the only use of the gender answer), and — if you opted in — sending you 1–2 emails a month.

Legal basis.

Your consent, for everything. You can withdraw it at any time.

How long.

Unconfirmed address: deleted within 30 days. Confirmed: until your account opens or you unsubscribe.

Who can access it.

Us, and our hosting and email processors (Vercel — functions run in Germany, Neon — database in Germany, Brevo — emails, France), under data protection agreements. Nobody else. No selling, no advertising, no sharing.

Site statistics.

Cookie-free, profile-free audience measurement (Plausible, hosted in the EU). That's why there is no banner.

Your rights.

Access, rectification, deletion, consent withdrawal, portability — one click in every email, or bonjour@kiouki.com. You can complain to the CNIL.
